Most members arrive between 12.00 - 12.30pm, 
The meeting officially begins at 1.00pm and goes to about 2.30pm - 3.00pm

If you are entering any plants onto the Competition Table at a General Meeting please have them on the table before 12:30pm (please refer to the Competition Rules)

Queensland Fruit Fly in WA – 15km quarantine area from The  Quarantine Area (QA) covers a 15kms radius from the Qfly detection points and includes Perth, Belmont, Gosnells, Kalamunda, Vincent, Joondalup, Swan, Wanneroo, Melville, Canning, Bayswater, South Perth, Subiaco, Stirling, Qfly is one of the most serious pests of fruit and vegetables in Australia, attacking over 300 species of fruit and vegetables and impacting a range of horticulture industries and access to valuable markets.  It is your legal responsibility to be informed and to act on this very serious biosecurity situation.
